We have a team
of technicians whose primary skill is in the diagnosis
of computer and network related faults. We are also
effective communicators so we share the knowledge
between our technicians via our knowledge database
and through more conventional methods of communication!
Through the combined experience we bring with us
to a fault diagnosis situation we rectify the most
complex of faults with relative ease. We provide
fixes not work-rounds.
We offer a proactive approach to fault diagnosis
by working through a system in the first instance
to stabilise the performance then, and only when
our technicians and the customer are satisfied with
the stabilisation, we implement remote monitoring.
This allows us to collect data for analysis as to
how we can improve the performance of a system and
to provide us with information relating to parts
of the system or network that are failing in any
way and could potentially cause a problem. This
information is then passed back to the customer
along with our recommendations to resolve with only
planned downtime. |
